Frank D. Allen is a shareholder in Archer & Greiner's Haddonfield office. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, and has specialized in personal injury matters for over twenty years. The early years of his practice were spent focusing on tax, family, and environmental litigation. |
As a result of these and numerous other matters, Frank is well versed in personal injury and insurance law, and can efficiently and aggressively handle both complex and more routine injury claims. Neal L. Schonhaut is the Managing Shareholder of Archer & Greiner's Princeton office. As a result of his numerous trials throughout the years, Mr. Schonhaut has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1990. A designation held by merely 2% of NJ Lawyers. He has been a part-time lecturer in the Trial Advocacy Program at Rutgers Camden Law School and is a lecturer to other lawyers at the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education in both personal injury and employment matters. Having started his career in 1979, in the New Jersey Attorney General's office, he has been invited back in past years to provide seminars to new Deputies Attorney General and has also received specially assigned cases, as outside counsel from the attorney general's office for nearly 15 years. |
Since 1980 Neal has handled cases throughout the State of New Jersey in both the State Courts and Federal Courts involving significant personal injuries, whether caused by harassment, job termination, medical malpractice, or various types of accidents which cause significant injury to life and property. Additionally, since 1984, he has served as General Counsel to the New Jersey School Boards Association Insurance Group, which is a self-insurance company representing more than 150 New Jersey Boards of Education. In that capacity, he oversees outside counsel's litigation throughout the State of New Jersey and represents his Group in any contract disputes regarding insurance coverage that occurs between the Group and member Boards of Education. Neal is a member of the New Jersey State, Mercer County and Princeton Bar Associations.
